As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Deep Coach, Internal Family Systems (IFS) coach, and communication consultant, my mission is to empower others to activate their best. I work with people who want to transform themselves, teams, or organizations. Combining my twenty-five years of communication, change management, and marketing expertise with my natural curiosity about the wiring of people’s minds and human behavior, I provide a fresh perspective and an integrated way to turn insight into action.

My experience has spanned from entrepreneurial settings to large, complex organizations throughout my career in the U.S. and Germany. I’ve worked in several fields, such as healthcare, industry, retail, and telecommunications, and across many disciplines, such as IT, logistics, quality, R&D, and sales. Each assignment has provided me with profound learnings in human behavior and an appreciation for the power of diversity and inclusion.

I work with professionals looking to advance themselves, teams, or organizations. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Deep Coach, and recently named by Influence Digest as one of Tampa’s Top 15 Coaches. My mission is to empower others to activate their best.
